Shipping Methods

UK Postage

All items are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For at £6.75 and delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.  Please let us know if you would like an alternative method of shipping or if your order is particularly urgent.

International Postage

Please get in touch if you would like a quote for international shipping. Please note that items sent outside the European Union may attract import duty and local sales taxes, which vary from country to country and are payable by the client.

Loss and Damage

In the event that your parcel does not arrive within the specified time please contact us as soon as possible.  In the unlikely event that the contents are damaged on arrival please provide us with photographs and details.  All items are insured in transit.

Easy Returns 

Returns

We hope that you will love your purchase but if you are not completely happy any item may be returned for a full refund (excluding all delivery costs).  Please notify us of your intention to return the item, either by e-mail or on 07831 837575 within 14 days of receipt of the item.  If possible the item should be returned in the original packaging and please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we cannot be held liable for any loss whilst in transit.  We can only accept returns if they are in the condition in which they were despatched from us and we reserve the right to reject items that are returned in an unsaleable condition.
